The project is a two-storey single-family residence located in Lesnovo village on a completely flat site. The volumetric composition is defined by a clean, calm geometry with no unnecessary complexity, placing the main emphasis on materiality and architectural detail.

The house is covered with a pitched “cold” roof, where a structural slab separates the living spaces from the attic, which is designed as a service and inspection zone. This solution ensures improved functionality and easier long-term maintenance and control of the building.

The façade composition is based on a careful balance and contrast between different materials - smooth plaster, timber board cladding, and stone slab cladding. Together, they create the desired depth and visual articulation of the volumes, without compromising the overall harmony of the form.

Functionally, the house is designed for a family with two children, with an interior layout that follows the logic of contemporary living - a clearly defined daytime zone with a direct connection to the courtyard, and a more private, carefully organized night level. Generous openings bring in abundant natural light and establish a continuous visual connection with the landscaped outdoor environment.

The project combines rational planning, sustainable structural solutions, and a warm, natural material palette, creating a comfortable living environment and ensuring long-term usability and performance.
