The project is a single-family residence situated in the Belikata villa zone, embedded within a landscape of dense coniferous vegetation and a strongly articulated terrain. The architectural concept explores the relationship between form, light, and the natural environment, pursuing a dynamic and sculpted spatial composition.

The building unfolds across multiple levels, following the natural topography of the site, resulting in a dynamic interplay of volumes and terraces. The composition is articulated through clearly defined yet interconnected volumes, shifted both horizontally and vertically, generating varied viewpoints and a rich spatial experience.

The façade design is defined by continuous stone slab cladding that envelops the volumes, emphasizing a monolithic expression and a strong sense of integration with the natural surroundings. This homogeneous materiality is contrasted by expansive glazing, which opens the interior towards the landscape and ensures generous natural light throughout the day.

The interior layout follows a contemporary lifestyle approach, with the living areas oriented towards the most favorable views and directly connected to the outdoor terraces and courtyard spaces. Semi-covered areas and pergolas introduce additional zones for relaxation while creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

The project strikes a balance between expressive architectural form and natural materiality, creating a residential environment that is both distinctive and harmoniously integrated within its context.
