DEN design (formerly Kunchev Studio), is an architecture studio based in Sofia, Bulgaria, founded in 2012. Our work is focused on the home - fromsingle-family houses to complete interior design. We combine architectural expertise with a deep understanding of how people live, so every project can become a functional, beautiful, and personal place to call home.

Creating your own home, whether it is an apartment or a house, is a dream come true. From choosing the right place, through the design process, to the final realization, the journey is exciting and full of meaningful moments. But like every journey, it can also come with challenges, uncertainty, and unexpected decisions.

Our role is to stand beside you, guide you clearly, and help you move through every challenge with confidence.
