The Chemsir Street single-family house is located in the northern part of the site and has a compact volume. The interior spaces are generous and are complemented by expansive outdoor areas, including a covered veranda and an upper-level terrace. The terrace is partially covered and features a distinctive opening spanned with steel beams.

The living room and kitchen are separate spaces that can be opened toward one another. The ground floor also includes an entrance hall, storage room, WC, and two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms and a hobby room.

The architectural concept is bold and clearly defined, relying on minimal lines and restrained expression. White plaster, wooden slat cladding, and glass railings are unified through dark window frames, columns, and a decorative framing element in black, which reinforces the overall composition.
