Concept design
The project develops a spacious apartment in Kazanlak, located on the top floor of a multifamily residential building. The design aims to achieve a timeless sense of elegance and comfort. Built-in furniture and wall finishes combine MDF with wood décor and dark anthracite tones, enriched by a variety of textures. Multiple layers of concealed lighting introduce a soft, subdued atmosphere throughout the space. The materials are carefully selected, while the color palette remains subtle and refined.
The large library in the living room serves as a cozy retreat for books and decorative objects, while the sofa is soft and inviting. Magnetic track lighting introduces strong, defined lines across the ceilings, helping to clearly articulate the different spatial zones. The kitchen features a generous run of tall closed cabinets, designed to resemble wall paneling, while the island seamlessly transitions into a breakfast table. Above the dining table, a carefully selected pendant light acts as a focal accent. Another distinctive detail is the integrated wine shelving, discreetly embedded within the custom cabinetry.
The main wall of the master bedroom is defined by a box-type volume that integrates the wardrobe, dressing table, nightstands, and bed into a single cohesive composition. A tall upholstered headboard adds softness and enhances the sense of comfort. The en-suite bathroom includes a separate bathtub and shower area, accommodating the different preferences of the occupants. The office is another favorite space within the apartment, continuing the same material palette and design language that define the overall interior.

The apartment makes extensive use of wall paneling, within which part of the built-in furniture is discreetly integrated and concealed.
The kitchen island seamlessly transitions into a dining table.
A key feature of the living room is the large custom library unit, defined by a textured back panel, integrated lighting, and accent cabinet doors.
The dining area is defined as a distinct space, featuring a large table and an elegant chandelier. Wine is kept within easy reach, neatly displayed in stylish shelving units.
A wooden furniture frame defines the spatial composition around the bed. The bedroom is upholstered, with a full-height headboard that emphasizes verticality and adds a sense of softness and comfort.
For added comfort, a rug and a cozy sofa have been introduced, harmonizing with the upholstered character of the bedroom.
The main bathroom is designed in a black-and-white palette and features a comfortable freestanding bathtub, complemented by a separate walk-in shower area.
The space features two sinks, complemented by a large mirror positioned above them.
The office is refined and representative, continuing the design language and style of the living room.
The elegant display cabinet is accentuated with integrated lighting, enhancing its visual presence.
A low built-in storage unit accommodates additional books and office equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
A key accent in the second bedroom is the wallpaper placed behind the bed, serving as a defining visual element of the space.
The wardrobe features frosted glass doors with elegant gold hardware accents.
The second bathroom also features two sinks, each complemented by an accent round mirror placed above.
