KD02 House is designed to inspire. Its architecture expresses a strong, distinctive character, defined by dramatic accents, layered contrasts, and an extensive use of wood that adds warmth and depth.
The single-family house is located within a gated residential community in the Chernomorets area. The building is developed over two above-ground levels, without a basement, while outdoor parking is sheltered by a pergola structure. A spacious landscaped yard with a swimming pool completes the property, enhancing its sense of comfort and privacy.
The upper floor volume is intentionally offset, forming a prominent cantilever that shelters a soft seating area beneath it. This level is wrapped in vertical timber cladding, while the ground floor is finished in white plaster, reinforcing a clear material contrast. Black-framed windows introduce a strong visual rhythm, accentuating the composition of openings across the façade. The flat roof continues the project’s clean architectural language, reinforcing its minimal and well-defined lines.
