The site is located in the southern part of Dragalevtsi, on a northeast-facing slope. The single-family residence combines single-storey and two-storey volumes, subtly interwoven into a cohesive architectural composition. A spacious covered veranda opens up toward panoramic views of Vitosha Mountain, enhancing the connection between interior and landscape.

The use of timber in the façade design emphasizes warmth, homely comfort, and a strong connection to nature. The window frames are unified in order to reinforce the clarity of the architectural volumes, whose lines are carefully composed with precision and attention to detail.

The house features a compact swimming pool, designed with a cover for use during the off-season months when it is not in operation.

It is important to note that the final appearance of the house is largely the result of the client’s dedication, who consistently supported the project throughout the entire process and closely oversaw its realization. For an architect, there is no greater reward than such a responsible and respectful approach to the work during construction.
