A conceptual design for a single-family residence in the Chernomorets area. The ground floor comprises the main living zone, including an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, extended by a terrace, as well as a guest room and two bathrooms. The upper floor is dedicated to the private quarters, featuring three bedrooms: a master suite with a dedicated workspace, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, alongside two children’s bedrooms sharing a common bathroom.

The upper floor also features a spacious panoramic balcony, offering open views towards the sea and Gradina Beach. It is accessible both from one of the children’s bedrooms and from a naturally lit shared corridor, enhancing the sense of openness and connection to the landscape.
