122.87 sq. m.

Built / realized project

The interior concept for Oborishte Apartment is based on an analysis of the existing conditions - its high-floor position, generous natural light, and well-proportioned spaces. The project explores the optimal functional organization tailored to the lifestyle of its new occupants. Select reconfigurations were introduced, and unnecessary elements were removed to achieve a clearer, more refined spatial composition.

The aim of the project is to create a contemporary and fresh sense of home comfort. Clean, well-defined forms were explored as a guiding principle. Through a careful interplay of color, texture, and spatial volumes, a strong sense of openness and character is achieved.

The furniture is designed individually, unlocking the full potential of each space while introducing subtle color accents. Materials are carefully selected and consistently applied throughout the different rooms, tailored to their specific function.

Strelbishte Apartment – Layout
The kitchen is bright, vibrant, and inspiring, creating a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere.
A key focal element is the kitchen backsplash, finished with hexagonal tiles that add texture, rhythm, and visual interest to the space.
A dedicated play area is integrated within the living room, providing a functional and thoughtfully designed space for children’s activities.
The yellow tone plays a key role in the design, flowing consistently throughout the various spaces and tying the interior together in a cohesive visual rhythm.
The living room is organized into distinct seating zones. A custom bench is placed under the window, designed for children’s play and reading, enhancing both functionality and comfort.
Let’s take a closer look at the textures and materiality.
The children’s room feels fresh, inviting, and cozy, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
The favorite color of the young resident-yellow-shapes the key accents throughout the space, adding warmth, playfulness, and personality to the interior.
The bedroom features a custom-designed headboard crafted from parquet flooring, adding warmth, texture, and a distinctive character to the space.
The wardrobe is conceived as a single continuous gesture, occupying the entire wall as an elegant built-in composition that seamlessly transitions into a desk, ensuring both functionality and visual coherence.
The wood used throughout the interior is also carried into the bathroom textures, creating a cohesive material continuity across the entire apartment..
The shower areas feature specially designed recessed niches, providing both functionality and a clean, integrated aesthetic.
